IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

• Payment for all Summer 2008 classes is due at the time of registration.
• If you register by July 21, payment for the Fall 2008 semester is due no later than TUESDAY, AUGUST 5.
• If you register for classes after July 21, payment for the Fall 2008 semester is due at the time of registration.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You have several options to pay: by way of the Internet, by phone or in person.

• INTERNET - you can pay your entire balance, or set up a payment program, through WebAdvisor. The college accepts American Express, Visa, Discover, and Master Card, as well as personal checks online.
• BY PHONE - the telephone number for a credit card payment is 800-722-4867. If you do need to speak with someone in the Cashier's Office, please call 732-224-2707.
• IN PERSON - you may pay at the Cashier's Office on the Lincroft Campus which is located in the CAR building in front of lot #5, Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 7:00PM, Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM and Saturday 9AM - 12 noon. Or, you may stop by with your payment (no cash) at any of our regional locations: at the Western Monmouth Branch Campus (Freehold), Eastern Monmouth (Neptune), Long Branch, Northern Monmouth (Hazlet) or Wall Township (Communiversity), Monday through Friday. Call 732-224-2600 or your local center for hours and directions.

FINANCIAL AID
If you have applied for financial aid, you can check the status of your financial aid by clicking here. Also, you can contact your local Higher Education Center, or call Brookdale's Financial Aid Office at 732-224-2361.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand that you are responsible for payment. If you decide not to attend your Summer or Fall 2008 classes, it is your responsibility to officially drop those classes, or you will be responsible for payment. You can drop classes online through WebAdvisor, or in person at Lincroft, or at any of our Higher Education Centers at Western Monmouth (Freehold), Eastern Monmouth (Neptune), Long Branch, Northern Monmouth (Hazlet) or Wall Township (Communiversity).

REFUND SCHEDULES

There is currently no refund for the Spring 10 or 15 Week 2008 semester classes.

The refund schedule for Summer I 6-Week 2008 (5/19/08 - 6/30/08) is as follows:
Receive 100% refund of tuition and fees if drop takes place no later than May 17.
Receive 80% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than May 21.
Receive 60% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than May 27.

The refund schedule for Summer I 3-Week 2008 (5/28/08 - 6/17/08) is as follows:
Receive 100% refund of tuition and fees if drop takes place no later than May 27.
Receive 80% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than May 28.
Receive 60% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than May 29.

The refund schedule for Summer II 2008 (5/28/08 - 8/09/08) is as follows:
Receive 100% refund of tuition and fees if drop takes place no later than May 27.
Receive 80% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than June 3.
Receive 60% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than June 10.

The refund schedule for Summer III 6-Week 2008 (7/07/08 - 08/15/08) is as follows:
Receive 100% refund of tuition and fees if drop takes place no later than July 6.
Receive 80% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than July 9.
Receive 60% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than July 14.

The refund schedule for Summer III 3-Week 2008 (7/16/08 - 8/05/08) is as follows:
Receive 100% refund of tuition and fees if drop takes place no later than July 15.
Receive 80% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than July 16.
Receive 60% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than July 17.

The refund schedule for Fall 15-Week 2008 (9/04/08 - 12/20/08) is as follows:
Receive 100% refund of tuition and fees if drop takes place no later than September 3.
Receive 80% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than September 10.
Receive 60% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than September 17.

The refund schedule for Fall 10-Week 2008 (10/02/08 - 12/13/08) is as follows:
Receive 100% refund of tuition and fees if drop takes place no later than October 1.
Receive 80% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than October 8.
Receive 60% refund of tuition only if drop takes place no later than October 15.
