Uniforms Uniforms are required in all laboratory classes to maintain sanitation, health, and safety guidelines. Student uniforms must be kept clean and pressed for each class, therefore, it is highly recommended that the student purchase more than one set of uniforms. The
required food laboratory uniform: - White, clean, pressed CEC program Chef Jacket - The pocket of the jacket can be used for a clip-on pen or pencil and a clip-on stem-type thermometer - Black and white checked chefs pants, no cuffs. - Black shoes or chefs clogs - Appropriate neckerchief (designates class or position) First (1st) year- navy blue neckerchief Second (2nd) year- dark jade neckerchief Chefs, student assistants- white neckerchief - Paper chefs hat - Name tag - Uniform costs - Dining Room Uniform - $90 per uniform* - Chef's Uniform - $56 per uniform* Knife and Pastry Kits -
