Great American Potluck - This site, part of the Library of Congress'
American Memory series, contains recipes and information
that "illustrate the American immigration experience."
Many of these recipes originate in countries other than North America,
but North American favorites are also included. Recipes can be viewed

Ingredients: America by Food - This site is "the online
educational companion to the Smithsonian Institution's traveling
exhibition, Key Ingredients: America by Food, and it explores

Years of Food focuses on the history of food in North America
with an emphasis on different regions of the country. (This section
of the site requires the Flash 6 player.) This overall site is a
great resource for regional food & cooking information, international

Epicenter - This site provides access to recipes and destination
information about Asia, Australia, India, Mexico and the Mediterranean.
