All Homework study sheets, Textbook homework assignments, and newspaper articles must be submitted by December 13. There will be no exceptions to this deadline.

Attendance will be taken at the beginning of each three-hour class. Students who arrive for class late may not be allowed to participate in the class assignment already in progress. Students who leave before the class has ended are responsible to complete their swatch assignments independently.

The understanding of Textile Science requires the student to complete the assigned reading before the class discussion. Individual preparation for class, concentration during class, and the review of comprehensive classroom notes prior to testing will ensure each student a successful completion of this course. Disruptions during class, such as beepers, cellular phones, etc., or disruptive behavior on the part of any individual or group of students will not be tolerated.
