News: This is the agenda for the October meeting:

There will be a General Membership Meeting of the Brookdale Community College Faculty Association on Thursday, October 4th. From 11:45am-1:15pm in MAN 105. The agenda will include the following:

• Lunch will be available at 11:45
• Updates (Middle States, Government activities)
• Discussion with Dr. Maggie McMenamin regarding evaluation of Deans/Directors
• Updates (Budget, Health Benefits, Promotion packet workshops*)

In anticipation of our meeting with Dr. McMenamin, it would be a great idea to begin to think of questions about the evaluation of Deans/Directors. For example, how will feedback be solicited? Who will develop the evaluation instrument? How often will this evaluation be done? What will be the impact of this evaluation? This is our chance to get some answers, so let’s make the most of this opportunity.
