The Workshop

The Writing Workshop is a form of peer review. Writers in a group trade and discusses work with one another. Workshopping is the standard approach used in most creative writing courses around the country and has produced hundreds of published poets, novelists, screenwriters and journalists.

Remember the old saying that two heads are better than one? The workshop allows a group of writers to trade ideas, share opinions, debate over the merits of a passage and otherwise not only make better writing, but grow and mature as writers.
