SCHEDULE OF GOVERNANCE FORUM MEETINGS

2008 – 2009

 

All faculty, administrators, staff, and students are members of the College Forum and are invited to attend all Forum meetings and participate in discussions.  All Forum meetings are held on TUESDAYS during the College Hours from 11:45 to 1:15 with the exception of a special Forum mid-year retreat (Thursday, January 22, 2009 – Time TBA) and the year-end retreat (Friday, May 15, 2009 – Time TBA).

VOTING

 

According to the Governance Constitution, there are four voting constituencies:

1.     Full-time faculty

2.      Full and part-time regular (base/salaried) administrators, to include police personnel with the rank lieutenant and above

3.      Full and part-time regular (base/salaried) staff, to include police personnel with the rank sergeant and below

4.      The fourteen students who serve on the six Standing Committees.

The Steering Committee decides which of the constituencies may vote on an issue.
