INSTITUTIONAL PLANNING AND EFFECTIVENESS

 

The Institutional Planning and Effectiveness Committee is charged with developing, monitoring, and evaluating the College’s strategic planning and assessment processes. The committee’s purpose is to provide a set of institutional strategies and objectives that align with each other, address the appropriate external factors, and drive the College’s budget.

PLANNING MATRIX

 

The Committee should:

 

  1. Complete the development of the 2009-2010 Matrix.
  2. Provide input on the development of the 2010-2011 Institutional Planning Matrix.
  3. Develop a companion document with examples of outcomes linked to the strategic goals of the 2010-2011 Matrix.

 

MEETING SCHEDULE 2008 – 2009

Ø      Institutional Planning and Effectiveness generally meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month from 11:45 am – 1:15 pm in MAC 208.

Ø      Specific 2008-2009 scheduled dates are as follows: 9/9, 9/23, 10/7, 10/21, 10/28, 11/18, 12/2, 12/16, 1/27, 2/10, 2/24, 3/3, 3/24, 4/7 and 4/21.
