The ground floor houses classrooms, labs, and offices for Nursing, Physics, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Technology, Computer-Aided Drafting and Design, and Engineering; plus the Mid Atlantic Institute for Telecommunications Technologies.

Upstairs Level houses the Math classrooms, labs, and faculty offices, and the Math / Science / Technologies Division Office. The Lower Level continues to house Chemistry and Biology.
